Who we are

The New Life Outreach Academy of Leadership in collaboration with the Transworld Accrediting Commission-International – California, USA (NLA) is a Christian institution that trains church leaders and other church workers in Theology Christian Leadership, and Community Development studies.

Our lectures are God-fearing servants with a broad knowledge and wisdom in God’s word and personal experience to empower trainees with the expected knowledge within a very short period, with affordable payment and no need for students to come and reside at the main campus, arrangement is made by the institution to go and train students wherever they are in their respective locations.

However, the main Campus for those who wish to take only the Certificate and the Diploma programs is located at Sakina Arusha, Tanzania.

VISION

To train Church Leaders and other church workers, by empowering them with knowledge and skills as God’s servants in their respective churches wherever they are, to the outcome of ministering effectively to the church in particular and to the society at large.

STRATEGY

Our strategy is to reach them through organized centers from their local church areas, to complete a Bachelor’s Degree program in 12 months only.

COURSE PROGRAM

Certificate of Theology in Christian Leadership and Community Development.
Diploma of Theology in Christian Leadership and Community Development.
Bachelor’s Degree of Theology in Christian Leadership and Community Development.
Masters of Art in Christian Leadership and Community Development.
Doctor of Ministry in Christian Leadership and Community Development.

COURSE DURATIONS

After successfully completing three (3) semester a Certificate is granted.
After successfully completing Six (6) semester a two year Diploma is granted.
After successfully completing twelve (12) semester a four year Bachelor Degree is granted.
